Supervision

I offer a safe, supportive, non-judgmental and confidential supervision space to qualified Educational Psychologists and Senior Leaders in education.

ONE TO ONE

Over the past twenty years, I have completed additional supervision training with the British Psychological Society, Joyce Scaife and Dr Linda Charles. As an active listener, I am passionate about supervision, I believe it is essential for ongoing professional development.

I provide tailored blocks of supervision to meet individual needs.

During our initial discussions, we will explore what you need from supervision and reflect on approaches and frameworks you have found helpful or unhelpful in the past.  If you decide to proceed with supervision, we will have contracting discussions prior to our first session to establish a supervision contract and plan how to review and maintain our supervisory relationship.
