My Services
I am passionate about helping Educational Psychologists flourish, find fulfilment in their work and experience a deep sense of purpose. Life is precious, and I encourage my clients to be brave, stay curious and explore new ways to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
I specialise in one-to-one and group supervision, along with coaching that is specifically tailored to the unique needs of Educational Psychologists. My aim is to support you in unlocking your potential, navigating challenges and finding greater meaning in the work you do.

One to One Supervision
I offer a safe, supportive, non-judgmental and confidential supervision space to qualified Educational Psychologists and Senior Leaders in education. My focus is on creating an environment where we can openly explore ethical issues, navigate accountability and work through challenges.
We often shy away from celebrating our successes, but supervision with me isn’t just about problem-solving—it’s also about recognising and appreciating your achievements. This space is here to give you that well-deserved boost and help you focus on the positives as well.
Group
Supervision
I offer monthly collaborative group supervision to Educational Psychologists. This is a restorative, supportive space for growth, learning and professional development.
We have one session per month for 90 minutes, maximum group size of eight. Each session two people present a question and the rest of the group act as co-supervisors using a technique selected by the presenter. I facilitate the supervision to ensure a productive and enriching experience for everyone involved.
Coaching
I offer coaching services to a diverse range of clients, including Educational Psychologists, Senior Leaders and small business owners. Many of my clients find themselves at a crossroads in their careers or personal lives, struggling with a lack of direction, feeling underutilised, lacking motivation, or not finding fulfilment in their work.
Using a variety of coaching approaches and techniques, I help clients explore their options, clarify their goals and identify clear paths forward. My coaching is designed to empower you to unlock your potential and move confidently towards a more fulfilling future.
ELSA
Training
Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) training equips school staff with the skills to support students’ emotional well-being and social development. This training, coupled with ongoing supervision, is crucial for skilled staff working with our most complex children, ensuring they have the expertise and guidance needed to provide effective, compassionate support.
